  1. 1980

    Arriving in Miami from the unsettledness of the Cuban revolution, Ignacio, sought opportunities using his craftsmanship talents given by his father, a carpenter in Cuba. His meticulous dedication for details, fabrication, and installation process of stone led him to run what you would call a "crew" out of his truck.

  2. 1988

    Love also plays a role in our story. Ignacio met Mayra, a successful go-getter entrepreneur from The Bronx, who envisioned real opportunity in the business and set the office running.

    Now, this was a good idea.

    Ignacio's crew built a reputation around the country, completing renowned works such as The Grand Marquis, NY, Williams Island, FL, and Fisher Island, FL.

  3. 1998

    Twin Stone becomes incorporated. Together Mayra and Ignacio built a reliable and collaborative team with diverse backgrounds and years of experience, and grew the Twin Stone family.

  4. 2004

    Raising the bar with high rise buildings, Twin Stone includes upscale projects to its repertoire, such as The Ritz Carlton, Lincoln Road, and Las Olas River House. At this time, Andy, Mayra and Ignacio's son joins the company bringing a fresh outlook on the business, traveling the world to study, and seek trendsetting and innovative resources that became the hallmarks of the Twin Stone brand.

    Twin Stone takes on Trump Hollywood, The St. Regis in Bal Harbour, and Faena Hotel.

  6. 2014

    A new spectrum of work emerges as Twin Stone completes The Omni Hotel - Country Music Hall of Fame in Nashville, and The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, FL

    Here we are today. Twin Stone continues to grow and evolve, expanding, rebranding, and widening the range and scale of projects using innovative technology, specializing in natural stone, and increasing their capabilities made proudly in the USA.
