Every piece of stonework was meticulously selected and personally curated by the owners and their architects. Their explicit directives guided the procurement of the finest materials from around the world, ensuring that each element contributed to the hotel’s ultra-luxurious ambience while remaining true to the iconic Art Deco style of the 1950s.

The fully restored Art Deco mid-rise represents a fusion of vibrant colors and geometric details with South American-inspired elements. The property features high-end guest rooms and suites, residential units, and over-the-top amenities, including one of the largest hammams spa and exceptional dining and entertainment options.

With stones from over 20 countries, the diverse array required substantial coordination and fabrication in our facility, ensuring seamless compatibility among the varied materials. The logistical intricacies were paramount, orchestrating the journey of stones across the globe to a single location. This meticulous process was essential to harmonize the materials, allowing them to merge as though each stone was meant to be part of the whole.
